[NSM] Jalv

Hi,

Sorry, I just can't resist... Using jalv.gtk now in NSM (with drmr drum
LV2). If I've to pick one app which I'd like to being patched by nsm,
it's Jalv. This gives so many new possibilities in sound and workflow!

By the way, if you use jalv.gtk in nsm-proxy, stopping the client or the
session doesn't kill jalv.
